Reflection 6

Each lesson brings me so much meaningful knowledge for my job. Before joining this lesson, I myself, in the purpose of improving the outcome for my online students, had come to the last decision to send and set them rules to learn before the lessons.

I didn’t know its name until this lesson – flipped learning. Compared to the previous traditional method, I found out that my students are more hardworking as rules set. Their parents spend more time supporting them by giving them laptops or cellphones to prepare lessons. 

After a period of time applying this flipped learning method, my students are more proactive, learn faster and have more energy to join online lessons.

As a manager, I learn from my classmates some tools to train my staff. This is so wonderful to improve my teaching quality. Thank you!
